Co-founded and run by a pair of twins, Glimmer Dispatch is a fashion and beauty editorial that chronicles the radically different and eternally-evolving, fashion and beauty preferences of both of us (Preethi and Chitra). As twins, some of our fondest memories of childhood involve wearing the exact same outfits, but in different colors. Our mom thoroughly enjoyed dressing us up like that.
But as we grew older, we found ourselves bidding goodbye to that old habit and embracing what our individual personalities gravitated towards. Preethi’s dressing is contemporary, bold, and edgy; while, mine remained classic, feminine, and modest. Thus, our creative outlet, Glimmer Dispatch was born. It is a platform for us to feature our experiments with fashion, the beauty products we are lusting after, or a new diet that we are trying out at the moment. We are so glad that you stopped by, and hopefully will stay with us through this journey.

While she is not drowned in her medical books, you can find her flipping through the glossy pages of a fashion magazine, coming up with multiple ways to style a given piece of clothing or constantly craving Starbuck’s White Chocolate Mocha (she swears this drink can change anybody’s life).
More about Chitra:
A tech nerd and a management geek, Chitra is a collector of comfortable shoes and an extreme bibliophile. As a connoisseur of fine wine and cheese, she is constantly battling between her unconditional love for food (mostly carb-heavy) and a deep desire for six-pack abs.
